Somewhere Over The Rainbow

When I was organising this project, I was keen to take full control of it. This included the production, which I was mostly new to me. I had never produced such a large band, so I found it very useful to have this experience. Once I had received all of the parts, I imported them into Ableton Live and mixed them, which can be seen above. With so many tracks, this naturally posed a learning curve and took a lot of time and effort, however I managed to complete it within a few days. I wanted to make sure I got as much out of the project as possible, and I wanted to do as much as possible to make it sound great. There are varying degrees of audio quality within the project however I made my best efforts to get a good quality from the final mix using a range of EQ and dense reverbs.
